Bellcom Worldwide is now VITEL, part of the Neptis Group
Leanne joined Bellcom a year ago after completing an 8 week training course through the Contact Training Centre.
Since then, Leanne has gained a variety of experience including working on the main reception. The majority of Leanne's role is helping out with the delivery of training in the Contact Centre where she first began.
"The working environment at Bellcom is excellent. The people are also very friendly and easy to talk to. The Contact Training Centre gave me a great platform, which has enabled me to progress more and more."
